Terms & Conditions for Allocated Vineyard Bourbon and Wine Tasting Evening

Event Details: By purchasing a ticket to the Allocated Vineyard Bourbon and Wine Tasting Evening on June 13, 2025, at 6:00 PM in South Denver, CO, you agree to these Terms & Conditions set forth by Cardile Event Services LLC (CES). The event includes free tastings (6:00 PM - 8:00 PM) and paid drinks (8:00 PM - 10:00 PM) for guests 21+ with valid ID.

Ticket Purchases
• Tickets are $50 (single) or $75 (couple), plus applicable service fees charged by Ticket Socket.
• All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges unless the event is canceled by CES.
• Tickets are non-transferable without prior written consent from CES.

Event Entry
• Attendees must be 21+ and present valid photo ID for alcohol consumption.
• CES reserves the right to refuse entry or remove attendees for disruptive behavior, intoxication, or failure to comply with event rules, without refund.

Refunds and Cancellations
• If CES cancels the event, a full refund (excluding service fees) will be issued within 30 days.
• CES is not responsible for refunds due to attendee inability to attend, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.
• CES may reschedule or modify the event (e.g., venue, time) with notice; no refunds will be issued for modifications unless the event is canceled.

Liability
• Attendees assume all risks associated with attending the event, including but not limited to injury, loss, or damage to personal property.
• CES is not liable for any damages, injuries, or losses incurred during the event, including those related to alcohol consumption.
• Attendees are responsible for their own conduct and agree to drink responsibly.

Alcohol Consumption
• CES promotes responsible drinking. Overconsumption may result in removal without refund.
• Paid drinks (e.g., Old Fashioned $10, neat pour $5) are available during the open bar (8:00 PM - 10:00 PM); prices are subject to change.

Photography and Media
• By attending, you consent to being photographed or recorded for CES promotional purposes.
• CES owns all rights to event media and may use it without compensation to attendees.

Health and Safety
• Attendees must comply with all local health and safety regulations, including any alcohol-related laws in South Denver, CO.
• CES reserves the right to implement safety measures (e.g., capacity limits, ID checks) as needed.

Acceptance: Purchasing a ticket constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions. CES reserves the right to update these terms at any time, with notice provided via email or website

Return Policy

If your event is cancelled, we will refund the amount you paid for your tickets (minus order processing, service and delivery fees) using the same payment method used for purchase. If your event is postponed, we will contact you with the new date and time. All Event personnel have the right to refuse entry to any ticket holder for any reason at their discretion. Venue and Talent are subject to change without notice and are not grounds for a refund. Anything promised by the promoter that is unfulfilled is not guaranteed by the seller and is not grounds for a refund.
